Shipping Destinations
We currently accept orders for delivery to eligible addresses across Australia.
Delivery availability may vary depending on your location, product type and carrier service.
Processing Times
Standard orders are generally processed within 1 business day, subject to stock availability and order requirements.
Personalised and custom paint by numbers kits may require additional production time before dispatch.
Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.
We will contact you if an unexpected issue materially affects your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Our standard delivery target is 3–5 business days after dispatch for eligible Australian addresses where that service estimate is available.
Actual delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may differ depending on your postcode, the product and its dispatch location.
Remote locations, custom-made products and orders affected by carrier disruptions may take longer.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If an order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.
Charges may depend on the delivery destination, order contents and available shipping services.
Any free-shipping promotion will be clearly displayed where applicable.
Order Tracking

Custom Painting Orders
Personalised products may require additional time to prepare the supplied photograph, produce the numbered design and package the completed kit.
Any additional lead times communicated on the product page or during checkout should be considered alongside the delivery estimate.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
If an address needs correcting, email info@paintbynumbersaustralia.shop promptly with your order number.
Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is missing, delayed or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and relevant details.
We will investigate the issue and work with the delivery provider to arrange an appropriate resolution.
Our responsibilities and your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded by carrier delays, losses or damage.
Taxes and Import Charges
All product prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed at checkout as required.
If an order is dispatched from outside Australia, applicable import charges or customs requirements will be handled according to the terms disclosed at checkout and relevant law.
